DAFIT-NESS started in January 2014 to motivate people, especially my family and friends, to exercise. I needed my family members, who are all over the world, to focus on just moving.

My appreciation for exercise grew when my mother, who also trained, had improved sleep quality and experienced restored functioning when her aches and pains diminished.

In March 2019, we focused on virtual classes because of the pandemic.

Hello, I am Doris Agyemang, your Certified Fitness Trainer.

An enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated trainer with more than 10 years of Fitness coaching experience. Certified in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist from American Council on Exercise. Graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S in Biochemistry and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dubuque.

My areas of focus are weight loss, toning, and functional training.

I enjoy promoting health and fitness because these are the key to living my best life. My fitness philosophy is “prevention is better than cure.” This idiom drives me to take all wellness measures to avoid aches, pains, and diseases in the future.
